I would think that men of a particular ethnic group would be more likely to 'catcall' women of their own ethnic group. I'm sure Latino men do this to Latinas more so than women of other ethnic groups and White men toward White women, etc. There are a lot of variables to human behavior beyond race, wasn't that the point of your post?
