By all accounts, Barack Obama has made his VP selection.  He notified the losers last night, and will start campaigning with his pick on Saturday.

Joe Biden is the conventional wisdom choice, and Tim Kaine is getting plenty of last-minute coverage. Obama must have missed the croonings of one “Pete Wince,” who makes a pretty compelling argument to be a true dark-horse candidate.
