I have some questions. 1) They mentioned that the flaps were put down right before the roll and pitch problems, then they retracted them just before impact. Is there any safety device on brand new planes to prevent flaps from opening unevenly if one if them is blocked? You know, kind of like an electric garage door eye beam. If not, maybe there should be. 2) They just mentioned that the orientation of the plane indicates it fell on it's belly. Wouldn't the Flight Data Recorder have a full record, with all it's 200+ parameters to indicate what position the plane was in all the way to the point of impact? I’ve been watching this story.
