A great article, but a clarification needs to be made regarding Morehouse School of Medicine. Although the school was founded by Morehouse alum Louis H. Sullivan in 1978 with the assistance of Morehouse College, all institutional ties to Morehouse were broken in 1984. The medical school was never intended to be a permanent part of Morehouse, but kept the name in reference to its origins.
